The Role • Conduct therapeutic interventions using a modern, integrative approach for patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, somatoform disorders, chronic pain, eating disorders, OCD, and ADHD. • Lead and structure individual and group therapy sessions in a patient-oriented manner. • Perform psychological diagnostics, interpret results, and contribute to treatment planning. • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare comprehensive reports on patient progress. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of therapeutic concepts. What You'll Need • Completion of a psychology degree and enrollment in a recognized German psychotherapy training program that leads to licensure. • An empathetic, respectful, and value-driven approach to patient interaction. • High levels of motivation, commitment, and resilience. • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. • A strong desire and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
