The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections (interior and exterior) to identify pest issues.
• Make strategic recommendations to commercial clients, explaining solutions and setting expectations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as an essential partner in protecting their businesses.
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad, for sales agreements and organization.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access confined spaces.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders.
