Inside Sales Representative opportunity with an established company in the electrical utility equipment industry. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales, customer service and technical problem-solving. No prior sales experience is required!

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, answering questions and supporting sales inquiries. Recommend equipment and solutions based on customer needs. Learn technical product knowledge, including lifting and rigging, fiberglass, rubber goods and grounding equipment. Process orders and maintain accurate customer records. Review emails, orders and data to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.

Comfort using spreadsheets, CRM systems and office software.
