Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect with strong expertise in Reltio MDM or Veeva CRM to design, implement, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data architecture, data governance, customer and product master data, system integration, and cloud-based MDM platforms, preferably within the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design and implement enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Reltio MDM or Veeva CRM.
•    Define and maintain data models, data quality rules, matching and survivorship logic, and data governance standards.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
•    Integrate MDM platforms with CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise applications using APIs and ETL tools.
•    Configure and customize Reltio or Veeva solutions to meet business requirements.
•    Lead data migration, data cleansing, and master data consolidation activities.
•    Establish data quality frameworks and monitor data quality KPIs.
•    Work closely with Data Governance, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development teams.
•    Perform architecture reviews and recommend best practices for MDM implementation.
•    Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to development teams.
•    Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance of the MDM platform.
Required Skills
•    10+ years of experience in Data Management and Enterprise Data Architecture.
•    Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and/or Veeva CRM.
•    Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, data governance, metadata management, and data stewardship.
•    Experience with customer, provider, product, or reference data domains.
•    Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise integration patterns.
•    Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms.
•    Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
•    Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
•    Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Financial Services domain.
•    Hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Veeva Vault, or Veeva CRM integrations.
•    Reltio MDM certification and/or Veeva certification.
•    Experience with data quality tools and data governance platforms.
•    Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or enterprise data lakes is a plus.
Education
•    Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
•    Experience with Informatica MDM, Profisee, or Semarchy.
•    Knowledge of Salesforce integration.
•    Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
•    Familiarity with AI-driven data quality and metadata management solutions.
