The Role

• Ensure a smooth and efficient service flow at the bar and in the One Lounge.
• Assist with the organization of bar services, establishing standards and procedures in collaboration with management.
• Actively advise and sell the a leading employer in this sector Lounge offerings to achieve revenue targets.
• Support with inventory management for the bar, including ordering supplies and conducting monthly stocktakes.
• Gain cross-departmental experience through collaboration with multicultural teams.
• Potential for occasional support during breakfast service.
