Job Description

Job: Onsite Network Engineer

Location: Issaquah, WA Hybrid

NOC – L4 Onsite Network Engineer (G4)
Experience: 10+ years in enterprise network operations or engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical command on P1 major network incidents and run the bridge with client teams.
- Coordinate onsite smart hands and IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities at the client's corporate site.
- Own carrier and OEM escalations for circuits and devices.
- Represent the NOC in client change reviews and approve offshore change plans.
- Lead RCA for major network incidents and track corrective actions.
- Act as the onsite link between the client and the offshore NOC team.
Required skills:
- Deep expertise in routing and switching, WAN/SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM and firewalls.
- Hands-on with NNM, ThousandEyes, NetScout, Infoblox, Palo Alto Firewalls and SASE.
- Strong ServiceNow incident, problem and change experience; PagerDuty preferred.
- Excellent client-facing communication.
Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, ITIL v4 Foundation.
