Job insights:

Seeking experienced configuration skillset within benefits module (experience in full benefit module build in organization with multiple benefit plans options, scaled pricing model, voluntary benefits, pre/post tax, etc.). Additional experience in core HCM and/or a secondary Workday module.

Team: Workday team responsible for configuration

Primary Focus: Workday Benefits + HCM configuration

Key Need: Deep Benefits knowledge, including complex/non-standard configurations

Must Have: Prior Open Enrollment experience

Strong Skill: Complex calculated fields within HCM and Benefits

Responsibilities:

o          Support Open Enrollment

o          Configure new benefit plans

o          Troubleshoot complex configurations

o          Handle HCM functional review recommendations/optimization

o          Work independently with minimal assistance

•          Experience: Depth is more important than exact years; ideally 5+ years / strong hands-on experience

•          Business Interaction: Limited; primarily configuration-focused
