Operator Technician

CF Industries is seeking an Operator Technician to ensure stable, high-performance operation of our software platforms. In this role, you will monitor production systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues quickly. You will maintain runbooks, contribute to automation and process improvements, and help implement best practices for reliability and performance. Responsibilities

• Monitor production software systems and infrastructure for performance, availability, and security.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial triage, and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and integration issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute standard operating procedures and maintain accurate runbooks and logs.
• Collaborate with development, Dev
• Ops, and infrastructure teams on issue resolution.
• Contribute to automation of routine operational tasks and monitoring.
• Support deployment and release activities in coordination with engineering teams.
• Implement and follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Continuously refine monitoring thresholds, dashboards, and alerts.
• Document operational best practices and provide feedback to improve system reliability.
