Program/Delivery Manager

job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program / Delivery Manager to lead a strategic AI-driven Licensing Decision Support MVP. The program involves ontology, Agentic AI, deterministic business rules, Snowflake data, AWS services, and a conversational user experience. The candidate will own end-to-end delivery governance and serve as the primary interface between customer stakeholders and distributed engineering teams. The role requires strong control over scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, commercials, milestone acceptance, and executive communication.

responsibilities:

• Own the integrated program plan, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource coordination, and customer commitments.
• Lead delivery governance across ontology, Agentic AI, data, AWS cloud, application development, quality engineering, and user-experience workstreams.
• Maintain RAID, action, decision, dependency, milestone, and change-request tracking.
• Protect fixed-price scope boundaries and initiate formal change control for material scope changes.
• Drive customer governance meetings, executive status reporting, milestone reviews, and acceptance sign-offs.
• Coordinate closely with the Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, technical leads, offshore teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Track customer dependencies including AWS and Snowflake access, security approvals, business-SME availability, data readiness, and deliverable sign-offs.
• Proactively identify schedule, staffing, technical, and commercial risks, with clear mitigation and escalation plans.
• Support UAT governance, defect closure, documentation, knowledge transfer, and formal MVP handover.
• Ensure transparent and outcome-focused communication across customer, account, delivery, and engineering leadership.

The role is expected to own overall delivery, planning, RAID, gate governance, customer steering, commercials, scope control, and escalations across the program workstreams.
