Job description

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of PMO in Jakarta, the role will support growth and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Group’s businesses in Australia. You will work closely with business leaders and factory teams to analyse issues, develop recommendations and deliver assigned workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Analyse revenue, margins and operational performance; reconcile data, validate assumptions and prepare business cases.
  • Growth Initiatives: Support pricing, product mix, customer and channel development, and launches alongside commercial teams.
  • Operational Improvement: Work with factory teams to improve productivity and processes.
  • Project Delivery: Own assigned workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, coordinating actions and tracking measurable results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships across functions, secure follow-through and communicate recommendations, progress and blockers clearly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Operations Management or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business improvement, strategy, operations, manufacturing or operational finance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to accuracy and demonstrated ownership beyond analysis and reporting.
  • Manufacturing or operational exposure strongly preferred; experience supporting commercial initiatives is a plus.
  • Consumer-sector experience, particularly food or FMCG, and previous working experience and/or work permit in Australia are advantages.
  • Clear communication, sound judgement and flexibility to adapt to different stakeholders and changing priorities
