The role

Launch your software engineering career with one of the world''s leading financial institutions. Revature is hiring early-career engineers to join a major global bank''s Enterprise Technology organization in Tampa, working alongside experienced engineers to build and ship real software.

We hire on ability, not credentials. No specific degree or years of experience required. If you can code and you''re ready to grow fast, this is your opening.

What you''ll do

• Build full-stack applications: modern front end, back-end services, databases, and cloud deployment
• Work within an established engineering team on real projects
• Be mentored by experienced engineers as you grow
• Solve complex problems and adapt quickly to new tools and environments

How it works

Revature hires you as a paid associate and provides paid training to prepare you for the role. Placement onto the client''s team is based on your performance. It''s a real opportunity, not a guarantee.

What we''re looking for

• Solid programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability (a coding assessment is part of selection)
• Comfort coding in at least one modern language (Python preferred)
• Bonus if you have any of these, though none are required: REST APIs, Git, PostgreSQL, React, cloud (AWS), or testing.
• U.S. work eligibility (citizen or lawful permanent resident)
• Able to work on-site in Tampa, FL

Compensation and growth

• $50,000 starting salary upon placement, rising to $60,000 at your one-year anniversary, with continued structured increases
• Paid training: you''re a paid Revature employee while you train
• Medical benefits, paid time off, and 401(k)

Location

Training is remote. The role is on-site in Tampa, FL, five days a week. Candidates should be able to work on-site in Tampa.
