We are seeking passionate SEND Tutors and Teachers to join an impactful community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with a variety of needs including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Be part of a mission to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available).
• UK work authorization.
