We''re Hiring: Lead Software Engineer (DevOps)
📍 Location: Boston, MA (4 Days Onsite) - Local candidates only
✅ Must-Have Skills:
•10+ years of Software Engineering experience
•Strong Java development background (Python-focused candidates with strong leadership & DevOps experience will also be considered)
•Python scripting for automation
•AWS Cloud
•CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
•Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
•DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE
•Spring Framework
•Kafka / ActiveMQ
•Observability: Grafana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
•SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
•Application modernization & distributed systems
•Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)
•Team leadership and mentoring experience
