Required Skills

• Experience: 8+ years in Release Management, DevOps, or Build & Release Engineering roles within enterprise environments.
• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
• Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket; strong understanding of branching and merge strategies.
• Build Tools: Maven, Gradle, or npm/yarn (depending on stack).
• Containerization/Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; exposure to deployment strategies like blue-green and canary.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform release/deployment experience in cloud environments.
• Change/Incident Management: ITIL processes, ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools.
• Scripting: Shell scripting, Python, or PowerShell for release automation.
• Monitoring/Reporting: Familiarity with dashboards/tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Dynatrace for release health tracking.
