The Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on products and services directly to homeowners.
• Consistently apply effort and a positive attitude to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets and track performance to report results.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with clients.
• Promote the company's range of home improvement products and services.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

What You'll Need

• Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
• Ability to work effectively with evening and weekend appointments.
• A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are essential.
• Prior in-home sales or B2C sales experience is preferred (e.g., windows, baths, kitchens, roofing, HVAC).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
