We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Roberts, WI. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

  • Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goals
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Assist in inventory management and cost control measures
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
