Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Experience: 2+ years

  • Handle US Non-IT recruitment requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate records and pipelines.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and clients.
  • Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
