The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibrating advanced driver-assistance systems. • Take on the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical matters on-site and adherence to company standards. • Manage daily operations planning and ensure the smooth execution of all service center activities. • Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, customer payment processing, and order management. • Conduct quality assurance measures and manage inventory effectively. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, with preferred experience as a Kfz-Meister, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer. • Willingness to undertake the necessary certification for an Operations Manager role, or already possess it. • A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language proficiency. • Proficient PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks. • Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. What's On Offer • Competitive starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for full-time employment (39 hours/week), with potential for part-time. • Additional €300 gross per month as an operational management allowance, plus bonuses for extra responsibilities. • €1,062 gross annual holiday bonus and €1,062 gross annual Christmas bonus. • 30 days of annual leave, plus additional special leave and sabbatical options.
