Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Agent Platform Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI agent capabilities and reusable AI skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool integration, MCP (Model Context Protocol) gateways, and building scalable AI agent platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop reusable AI skills and agent workflows.

• Perform prompt engineering to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of AI agents.

• Configure and integrate tools, APIs, and MCP gateways.

• Ensure seamless integration between AI skills, agents, tools, and MCP servers.

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure AI agent solutions.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize agent performance.

Requirements:

• 7–9 years of overall IT experience.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI agent platforms.

• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and reusable AI skills.

• Experience integrating APIs, tools, and MCP servers.

• Understanding of AI agent orchestration and workflow automation.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
