Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect II with strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) to design and implement enterprise omnichannel solutions, including Order Management, Store Fulfillment, Inventory Visibility, and Distributed Order Management (DOM).

Required Skills & Experience
•    9+ years in software/enterprise architecture, including 5+ years in retail OMS, omnichannel, or supply chain systems.
•    ⁠Mandatory: Hands-on Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) implementation and architecture experience, including Order Management, Store Fulfillment, and Inventory & Order Visibility.
•    ⁠Strong knowledge of DOM, ATP, order orchestration, and omnichannel fulfillment.
•    ⁠Expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, event-driven integrations, and microservices.
•    ⁠Experience integrating OMS with POS, WMS, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
•    ⁠Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
•    ⁠Experience using AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or Glean.
•    ⁠Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

Critical Requirement: Candidates must have direct, hands-on Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) implementation experience. General OMS experience alone is not sufficient.
