Role Overview

Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Complex Civil Litigation team in our Pensacola/ Mobile office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, with a background in General Liability and Insurance Defense. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their practice while working alongside an experienced team on complex civil litigation matters.

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage cases, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Active member of the Florida Bar and/or Alabama Bar in good standing
