This is a senior engineering hire working directly on algo pricing, hedging, and trading automation. The role covers design, development, testing and implementation.
Required:
- 5+ years relevant experience in front office trading systems
- Strong track record in algo execution / electronic trading
- Deep expertise in core Java (multi-threading, concurrency, performance tuning)
- Deep experience with low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems
- Practical knowledge of SBE and FIX protocols
- Ownership of mission-critical production systems in global environments.
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Fixed Income / FX trading workflows
- Strong testing discipline (unit/integration, BDD/TDD mindset)
- Ability to work closely with traders/quants and challenge architecture where needed
