The Role

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Accurately process customer transactions using a cash register and manage payments and change.
• Receive, stock, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom according to company standards.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-organized, including tasks like trash removal and floor cleaning.
• Assist in implementing and upholding merchandise presentation guidelines.
• Perform lead duties in the absence of store management.

What You'll Need

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety protocols and practices within a retail environment.
• Ability to read and follow visual merchandising guides and planograms.
• Proficient in basic math calculations and comfortable using a cash register.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security policies.
• Prior supervisory experience or equivalent training is preferred.
