OT Data Integration Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Parsippany, NJ that is seeking an OT Data Integration Lead.

Summary:
This is a senior OT/Industrial Data leadership role focused on building and governing the flow of operational plant data from manufacturing systems into an enterprise data platform. The position serves as a bridge between Operations Technology (OT) and IT, ensuring that production, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and environmental teams have secure, reliable, and near-real-time data to support analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep experience with industrial control systems, historians such as PI or PHD, OT networking and cybersecurity, industrial data pipelines, and enterprise-scale manufacturing environments
* Strong leadership skills to drive standardization and integration strategy across sites
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
