The Role

• Support the standard parts team in negotiations and ongoing supplier management.
• Contribute to ensuring parts supply during the start-up phase in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage data maintenance and oversee purchasing processes within SAP.
• Coordinate and synchronize cross-brand activities with donors and users of transferred components.
• Oversee change management processes.
• Coordinate and track deadlines with suppliers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in operational or strategic purchasing, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Practical knowledge of SAP desirable, ideally S/4HANA.
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and its fast-paced dynamics.
• High degree of responsibility, organizational talent, and resilience.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
