Job Description

Location: Washington, DC Salary: $120,000.00 USD Hourly - $150,000.00 USD Hourly Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager with an active TS/SCI to support a classified customer in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key agency-wide clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to effectively align solutions with their needs.
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the value and capabilities of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product management, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage within client organizations, driving upsells and renewals.
  • Provide advanced guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of our solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to the product and engineering teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a deep understanding of the security and IT landscape.
  • Contribute to the development of technical account management best practices, tools, and processes to enhance customer success and team efficiency.
  • Identify areas of growth and expansion for the Technical Account Management team, working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 6+ years of combined experience within the cybersecurity or IT industry, preferably in a federal or enterprise software environment; With 4+ of those years' proven experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, security technologies, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues.
