Chief of Staff - Wealth Planning (80-100%)
YOUR ROLE:
Support the development and implementation of the Wealth Planning strategy, aligning with global priorities and market dynamics
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and briefings for senior stakeholders and governance forums
Act as a liaison between the Wealth Planning and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
Lead the annual planning cycle, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
Oversee budgeting, cost management, and P&L tracking
Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Drive key projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
Leverage data tools to generate insights, support decision-making, and monitor business performance
YOUR PROFILE:
University education or equivalent
5 years in similar position or a similar strategic role within the financial services industry
Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Experience working with senior leadership and navigating organizational dynamics
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical or strategic content into business-relevant messaging
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and one-team mindset
Fluency in English and French is required
