Our client is seeking a strong 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing internal IT function. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys providing high-quality support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services across a busy organisation.

Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you'll provide 2nd line support to end users, maintain core infrastructure, and play a key role in ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and efficient.

• Provide 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
• Support Microsoft 365 and user administration.
• Assist with device deployment and user onboarding.
• Work with third-party suppliers when required.
• Contribute to IT projects and system improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Help ensure systems remain secure and reliable.

• Minimum 4 years of 2nd Line IT Experience
• TCP/IP Networking and DNS
• Powershell Scripting
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Windows 11
• Office 365 Suite
• Hardware & Printer Support
• Troubleshooting

• Hyper-V
• Cisco Networking
• SQL Server
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
