Location : Columbus, IN, 47201 (Hybrid)

Duration : Longterm

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hardware Admin

 Hybrid position - 3 days onsite, 2 remote. Standard business hours.

Looking for someone with experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and ERP systems.

Key Skills:

  • Manage high-volume part number & pricing updates
  • Work with Oracle, SFD & Windchill
  • Resolve PO, invoice & pricing discrepancies
  • Handle supplier updates, approvals & change requests
  • Support daily procurement/sourcing requests
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills
✅ Quick learner with ability to navigate multiple systems
✅ Excellent communication, collaboration & problem-solving skills
