Veeva Promomats Architect   

Location: Remote 

Contract: 6+ months  

 

Job Description: 

Experience
  • 10+ years in Life Sciences technology
  • 5+ years in Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms implementations
  • Experience working with MLR review processes, promotional content workflows, and content governance
  • Hands-on experience with AI / GenAI use cases in content management and medical-commercial operations
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Veeva PromoMats solutions.
  • Define PromoMats content lifecycle, workflows, security model, taxonomy, metadata, and governance framework.
  • Design and optimize MLR review and approval processes.
  • Integrate PromoMats with DAM, CRM, Workfront, Adobe, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise platforms. 
  • Provide architecture guidance for Veeva Vault upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and managed services.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams.
AI / GenAI Responsibilities
  • Define AI-driven content creation, review, and approval use cases.
  • Design integrations with enterprise AI platforms and LLMs.
  • Implement AI-enabled:
    • Content generation
    • Claims validation
    • MLR review acceleration
    • Content reuse and search
    • Metadata enrichment and tagging
    • Compliance and regulatory checks
    • Evaluate and govern GenAI solutions within regulated pharma environments.
