• Multi-instance management experience.

• User Administration
• Access Control Rules (ACLs)
• Instance Management
• Update Sets
• Clone Management

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Any Module) - Preferred

ITIL Foundation Certification - Preferred
