Description
TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Mid-Sr. level Technical Lead Developer with prior Federal Government Agency experience for a client of ours.\n
\n
\n**This is a hybrid role and all applicants MUST be within the U.S. for an immediate consideration**
The Technical Lead Developer will be responsible for technical development and integration of enterprise applications and workflows for the client's modernization initiatives.\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n

\n
• Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
\n
• Integrate systems and automate workflows to improve operational efficiency.
\n
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility and cybersecurity standards.
\n
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
\n
• Collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams for solution delivery.

Qualifications:
\n

\n
• Must currently be a US Citizen
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
\n
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and API development.
\n
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
\n
• Knowledge of federal IT security and compliance requirements.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
\n
• Holds an active secret clearance, or the ability to acquire one

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.\n
