Job Description

Boccard UK is recruiting for a Project Control Engineer

Location: Bristol

Contract: Permanent

At Boccard, we are proud to play a key role in supporting the next generation of nuclear energy. As we continue to grow and expand our presence on major projects such as Hinkley Point C, we are looking for a Project Controls Engineer to join our team in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business at the forefront of complex engineering projects, where your work will directly contribute to delivering critical infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget.

You will join a collaborative Project Controls team, supporting the Programme Manager across a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on planning, performance monitoring, and project delivery excellence.

What were looking for

  • Degree-qualified in an Engineering or technical discipline
  • Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in a Project Controls Engineer or similar role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query / Power BI advantageous)
  • Experience working with planning, cost control, and reporting processes
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn and develop

Desirable

  • Experience within an engineering or technical environment, ideally within nuclear or other highly regulated industries
