We're hiring for a leading European expert provider in vehicle glass repair and replacement, renowned for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality. This organization operates a vast network of service centers and mobile units, dedicated to making a difference through exceptional service and expertise.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day operations and technical expertise on-site.
• Manage team, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient task planning.
• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, from initial order to vehicle return.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, cash management, and order processing.
• Oversee quality assurance, inventory management, and audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade and relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a vehicle technician, mechatronics specialist, or bodywork specialist preferred.
• Willingness to undertake a knowledge test or hold relevant certifications.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
• Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and independent working skills.
