Job Description
Network Architect - Cisco, SD-WAN, Austin, TX
We have an immediate opportunity for a Sr. Network Architect to lead the design and modernization of a large statewide network. This role will establish architecture standards, reference designs, and roadmaps while guiding major network projects from planning through technical review.
The architect will design resilient campus, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, data center, and hybrid cloud networking solutions. The work also includes Cisco routing and switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, network security, segmentation, and collaboration with cybersecurity and operations teams.
Candidates must hold a CCIE and bring at least ten years of enterprise network architecture and Cisco experience, including substantial experience supporting government networks. This is a partial-remote role for candidates local to Austin, Texas
