You will own the entire pipeline —from prospecting and door knocking to closing and supporting the customer through the process. We are looking for high-performing sales professionals who are confident in the field, comfortable knocking doors, and capable of building trust with homeowners.

Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and self-generated efforts
Educate homeowners on solar benefits, system design, financing, and savings
Manage the customer relationship from sale through installation
Represent Barkley Solar with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Proven experience as a full-cycle closer
(solar preferred)
Strong closing ability and in-home sales experience
