The Role • Provide technical underwriting expertise across all Renewable Energy lines, including anaerobic digestion, wind, solar, and other sustainable energy projects. • Build strong relationships with brokers and provide tailored insurance solutions. • Contribute to the innovation and future-proofing of Renewable Energy products, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends. • Mentor junior underwriters and stay ahead of market trends to help shape the future of renewable energy insurance. • Underwrite new and existing renewable energy business. • Collaborate with leadership for process improvements and policy updates. What You'll Need • Experience in renewable energy underwriting. • Experience managing a scheme or portfolio is a plus. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • A proactive and collaborative approach to work. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • The right to work in the UK.
