We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading projects from inception through to completion while coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage construction projects from planning through to completion * Coordinate project teams including consultants, contractors, and subcontractors * Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, and risk registers * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations * Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders * Manage procurement processes and contractor performance * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry * Experience delivering residential and commercial developments * Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively * Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred) * Professional membership (e.g., Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Institute of Building) is desirable What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects * Career progression within a growing organisation * Supportive and collaborative team environment
