Position: Python Backend Engineer with AI Agent
Location: Santa Clara, CA 5 Days Onsite (Mandatory)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build and maintain AI agents, system integrations, and MCP connectors.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database operations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize backend systems.
• Work with distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable and reliable solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
• Strong SQL/database skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with backend/database performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI development/coding tools.
• Experience with AI Agent development / Agent SDK.
• Experience with MCP / MCP connectors.
• Experience with Temporal or workflow orchestration is a plus.
