Hiring: Salesforce Programmer Analyst

Location: Glen Allen, VA 23060
Work Model: Hybrid
Overall Experience: 8+ years
Interview: Phone and In-Person

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance a recently developed Salesforce application, develop new functionality, and remediate application defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Support Salesforce Service Cloud enhancements and application maintenance.

  • Follow a configuration-first approach using Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and other declarative tools.

  • Replace and modernize legacy Aura components with LWC.

  • Manage deployments and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD.

  • Write Apex unit tests and maintain required code coverage.

  • Troubleshoot and remediate defects in collaboration with DevOps teams.

  • Maintain technical documentation and use Jira for user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in Salesforce Apex development and LWC.

  • 8+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • 4+ years with Copado CI/CD.

  • 3+ years replacing or modernizing Aura components.

  • 5+ years with Jira.

  • Strong Salesforce declarative configuration, testing, release management, and documentation skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification, Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, and public-sector Salesforce experience.
