Job Description

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Director, Membership Applications to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of enterprise membership systems supporting millions of members. In this IT leadership role, you'll oversee application roadmaps, manage vendors, and guide a cross-functional team of analysts, engineers, and product owners. You'll align membership capabilities with business, clinical, and compliance needs, drive data quality and integrations, and champion user experience. Collaborating across IT and operations, you'll deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve enrollment, retention, and reporting for a large, mission-driven healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for membership applications
