Job Description
We are seeking a qualified IT Healthcare Consultant – Business Analyst to join our team!
Location: Columbia, SC (US-based candidates welcome to apply)
Work Arrangement: 80% Remote / Hybrid (Occasional onsite visits required)
Interview Process: 1 Round (Virtual / Online)
Key Skills & Requirements

Certifications (Must Have): Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)

Medical Coding Expertise: Deep understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding translations and CMS updates

Domain Knowledge: Strong background in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology

Business Analysis: Experience with formal business process documentation, requirements gathering, and system analysis

Healthcare Background: 3+ years in healthcare, with hospital, clinic, or office setting experience preferred

Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and medical coding software (e.g., Optum Encoder)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (or equivalent combination of experience & education)
