We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused mechanic to join a leading automotive assistance provider with over 125 years of heritage and innovation, dedicated to keeping the UK on the move. This role offers the chance to be a critical part of a trusted brand, providing expert roadside assistance and making a real difference to members in need.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Provide reassurance and excellent service to members during stressful situations.
• Start and end your working day from your own driveway.
• Engage in demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
