Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Product Owner within a Scrum team, managing backlog prioritization, user stories, sprint objectives, and acceptance criteria.
• Leads and owns release planning activities, including defining release scope, timelines, and coordination across technology and business teams.
• Oversee release delivery, ensuring readiness, communication, and alignment with development schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure user-friendly and efficient product interfaces.

Lead and participate in all Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, PI planning, retrospectives).

• Maintain clear, professional, and collaborative communication across all levels of the organization.
• Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations within population health and value-based contracting.
• Author release notes and participate in demos, and field training as needed and ensure clients are excited and well-informed of upcoming changes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within health tech, or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of release planning, release management, and product delivery.
• Demonstrated collaboration with UI/UX design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Knowledge of care coordination, risk adjustment, and value-based reimbursement models.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and design tools such as Figma, Miro or similar.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills .Bachelor's degree preferred
