The Role • Bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers on their driveways or in their office car parks. • Perform a variety of services, including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete customer reports, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, acting as the face of the brand during every customer interaction. • Work independently, thinking on your feet to make the right decisions for each customer's needs. • Experience a varied work environment with different vehicles and new challenges daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. • A proactive and adaptable approach to daily tasks.
