IT Project Manager / Technical PM

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager / AI Operations Specialist to own delivery of internal applications that make operations safer and faster. Engineering handles the broader build. You own discovery, requirements, interface definition, rollout, and the working sessions where the product actually gets shaped.

This is a hands-on role. You will sit with leadership and use Claude to co-create, test, and revise software in real time, then carry that work through requirements, user testing, and launch. We want someone who can move at startup speed without skipping production safety.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership in live working sessions, using Claude to prototype, test, and revise application features.
• Turn manual workflows and SOPs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define simple, secure interfaces and access models for non-technical users.
• Write test plans, script user scenarios, triage bugs, and sign off on go-live readiness.
• Set release timelines, handle launch communication, and run hands-on training and post-launch fixes.

What we need

• A track record taking IT or software projects from requirements through user testing and deployment.
• Comfort working fast while keeping practical controls and operational safety in place.
• Clear stakeholder communication and solid process documentation.
• Prior AI experience is a plus. Willingness to work in an AI-assisted build environment is required.
