We're hiring for an impact-driven organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners to make a significant difference in their lives.
• Adapt teaching methods to be creative and trauma-informed.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
