Infor Consultant

Job Description:

The client is seeking a Systems Analyst Consultant with expertise in Infor CloudSuite HCM.

Project Overview

The client uses Infor CloudSuite for its ERP system. Client Human Resources and Payroll staff require support for day-to-day operations as well as ongoing project work. The Systems Analyst Consultant should have the Infor CloudSuite Human Capital Management (HCM) functional and technical expertise to provide that support. The Consultant will work closely with MIS, HR and Payroll to resolve issues, implement updates and administer the application. The Consultant will also need to be able to work independently.

Staffing

The Consultant will work closely with the MWRA Program Manager and deliver functioning code to meet requirements and established SDLC procedures. The consultant must have at least five (5) years of experience supporting Lawson HR and Payroll and Infor CloudSuite HCM with an emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, Position Budgeting and Absence and Time Management. Experience with tools such as Landmark, LPL, IPA, Configuration Console, OS and ION is desired. The ability to create and update Birst reports is also desirable.

Work Location

All work will be performed onsite. At the manager’s discretion a teleworking arrangement may be negotiated.

Tasks

The MWRA Program Manager will work with the Consultant to prioritize their workload.  The Consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Performs analysis, codes, configures, implements, maintains and supports new and existing software within the Infor CloudSuite HCM family of applications.
• Collaborate with MIS, HR and Payroll teams ensuring the applications function as required and perform in an acceptable manner.
• Ensures processes and functionality of the HCM applications comply with the organization’s requirements, processes and standards.
• Maintains, enhances and supports Payroll executions and configurations, analyzes problems and corrects data when discrepancies exist.
• Maintains, enhances and supports GHR and WFM configurations, analyzes problems and corrects data when discrepancies exist.
• Supports the submission and distribution of tax, wage and compliance forms.
• Analyzes business requirements and transforms them into technical solutions.
• Develops, tests and implements configurations, workflows and reports that enhance the application to meet end user needs.
• Configures user roles and permissions within the applications.
• Provides functional and technical support and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
• Serves as an HCM application administrator.
• Utilizes the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Develops, implements and supports application integrations.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation for applications.

5 Skills

• Functional and technical experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM or Lawson S3 and Landmark with an emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, Position Budgeting and Absence and Time Management.
• Experience with Infor Landmark Pattern Language (LPL).
• Experience with developing Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows.
• Experience with Configuration Console.
• Experience with SQL and programmatic usage of enterprise databases.
• Experience with Infor OS and ION.
• Exposure to Infor Data Lake and related tools.
• Knowledge of Infor Birst reporting is desirable.
