Role Overview:
Syneren Technologies is seeking for a skilled SQL Server Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Create and optimize stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and indexes.
• Develop complex SQL queries, scripts, and reports.
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Design and implement database schemas and data models.
• Monitor database health, security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot database issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and manage ETL processes for data integration.
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
• Support database deployments and upgrades across environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
• Proficiency in T-SQL programming.
• Expertise in creating and optimizing:
  • Stored Procedures
  • Functions
  • Triggers
  • Views
  • Indexes
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Knowledge of database normalization and relational database concepts.
• Experience with query tuning and performance monitoring tools.
• Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS is a plus.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of SQL Server development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

IAT II Certification IAW DoD (For DoD IAT Level 2, you must have one of the following certifications - CCNA Security , CySA+ , GICSP , GSEC , Security+ CE or CND: EC-Council's Certified Network Defender (CND) ) or IAT III.
