We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in modern React-based UI development and hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications. This position is ideal for an engineer who can build polished, scalable front-end experiences while contributing to Java-based backend services and AI-powered features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Next.js.

• Build reusable UI components and maintain consistent, accessible user experiences across applications.

• Develop and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications, including model or LLM integrations, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven user experiences.

• Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Participate in API design, application troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

• Follow clean-code, modern architecture, security, and Agile delivery practices.

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack software engineering experience.

• Strong recent hands-on experience developing front-end applications with React and modern JavaScript.

• Experience with Next.js, reusable component development, responsive design, and UI performance optimization.

• Solid backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions within production or enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with AI integration patterns such as LLM APIs, RAG, vector search, prompt workflows, model inference, or AI-assisted automation.

• Experience working with GraphQL is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, communication, and Agile/Scrum delivery skills.

Ideal candidate profile

The strongest candidates will have a frontend-first React background combined with real hands-on experience building AI-enabled functionality. They should be able to clearly explain the AI use case, their personal technical contribution, the architecture, integrations, security considerations, and business outcome.
